Recipe for Kimchi Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- Leeks, Sliced 30Gr
- Vegetable Oil 15 Ml
- Jongga Kimchi, Sliced 100 Gr
- Soy Sauce 10 Ml
- Sugar 10 Gr
- Steamed Rice 200 Gr
- Fried Eggs 2
Direction:
- In an oiled pan, stir-fry leeks first, then stir-fry Kimchi, add soy sauce and sugar
- When the kimchi is cooked with brown color add rice and keep stir-frying for 2 more minutes
- place on plate with fried egg on top of rice
- Suggest to add ham or your meat preference for extra flavor!
