Recipe for Kimchi Pasta Gratin

Ingredients:
- Butter 30g
- Onions, Chopped 10g
- Bacon, Diced 30g
- Jongga Kimchi, Chopped 50g
- Dry White Wine 5Ml
- Heavy Cream 250Ml
- Table Salt to Taste
- Ground Black Pepper to Taste
- Short Shape Pasta 150g
- Parmesan Cheese, Grated 30g
- Cheddar Cheese, Shredded 20g
Directions:
- Pre heat the oven to 180C
- Melt 20 gr of butter in a suitable pan and start to cook onions for about 3 minutes
- Add diced bacon and Kimchi cook for 5 minutes
- Pour wine and let it evaporate
- Pour cream and season with salt and black pepper keep cooking for 10 minutes at low heat
- Meanwhile cook pasta according to package instruction keeping al dente
- When the pasta is ready, drain and mix with sauce and parmesan cheese
- Melt rest of butter on a baking tray or large baking bowl
- Place the pasta into the prepared tray or bowl and bake for 15-20 minutes.
