Stir Fry Tofu and Vegetables

Recipe For Cook Stir Fry Tofu and Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • Jongga firm tofu 300 Gr
  • Corn starch to coat
  • Table salt to taste
  • Paprika powder to taste
  • Parsley, chopped to taste
  • Vegetable oil 30 ml
  • Garlic clove, sliced 10 Gr
  • Ginger, Chopped 5 Gr
  • Carrot Sliced 30 Gr
  • French Beans 3o Gr
  • Broccoli Florets 30 Gr
  • Bok Choi Sliced 100 Gr
  • O”Food Soy Sauce 25 Ml
  • Water 50 Ml
  • Lime Juice 1 lime
  • Lime wedge to garnish

Directions:

  1. Drain the tofu from excess water and dice in cubes.
  2. Combine corn starch with salt, pepper. Paprika powder and chopped parsley.
  3. Mix diced tofu with corn starch mixture sure each one are full coated.
  4. In a non stick pan heat 15 ml of oil and cook tofu till golden brown, about 4 minutes.
  5. Remove from the pan and keep aside.
  6. In a separate pan heat the remaining oil and when hot add garlic and ginger.
  7. Stir fry for 30 second and add all vegetables.
  8. Add soy sauce, water and lime juice.
  9. Cook for about 10 minutes or till vegetable are soft.
  10. Place the tofu and vegetable into bowl, garnish with lime wedge.
