
Recipe For Cook Stir Fry Tofu and Vegetables

Ingredients:
- Jongga firm tofu 300 Gr
- Corn starch to coat
- Table salt to taste
- Paprika powder to taste
- Parsley, chopped to taste
- Vegetable oil 30 ml
- Garlic clove, sliced 10 Gr
- Ginger, Chopped 5 Gr
- Carrot Sliced 30 Gr
- French Beans 3o Gr
- Broccoli Florets 30 Gr
- Bok Choi Sliced 100 Gr
- O”Food Soy Sauce 25 Ml
- Water 50 Ml
- Lime Juice 1 lime
- Lime wedge to garnish
Directions:
- Drain the tofu from excess water and dice in cubes.
- Combine corn starch with salt, pepper. Paprika powder and chopped parsley.
- Mix diced tofu with corn starch mixture sure each one are full coated.
- In a non stick pan heat 15 ml of oil and cook tofu till golden brown, about 4 minutes.
- Remove from the pan and keep aside.
- In a separate pan heat the remaining oil and when hot add garlic and ginger.
- Stir fry for 30 second and add all vegetables.
- Add soy sauce, water and lime juice.
- Cook for about 10 minutes or till vegetable are soft.
- Place the tofu and vegetable into bowl, garnish with lime wedge.
