  • Vegetable Oil 15 ml
  • Onion, Sliced 60 gr
  • Red or Green Bell Pepper, diced
  • Ready curry paste 30 gr
  • Water 80 ml
  • Coconut Milk 80 ml
  • Tomato, diced 100 gr
  • Table salt to taste
  • Spinach 100 gr
  • Jongga soft tofu, diced
  • Cliantro to garnish


  1. In a large pan heat the oil and start to cook onion and bell pepper. cook until the onion begin to brown, about 4 minutes.
  2. Add the curry paste and stir for 2 minutes. Reduce the heat to low and pour in water, coconut milk and diced tomato.
  3. Bring to simmer and season with salt if need. Add Spinach and tofu and gently stir to coat with the sauce.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes and garnish with cilantro before serving.
